I'm so confused.
I just started charting my bbt and all that jazz and was wondering if you ovulate when your bbt spikes, after it comes down from a spike or what? And also I was intimate on the 6th and then entered my fertile window. So the question is, could My eggo be prego from sex that long before my ovulation date? Help please I am so new to this I just would like to understand.😑

Can you post a picture of your chart? It may be too early to tell. But you ovulate the day before a temp spike that stays high for at least 3 days. Don't necessarily trust the fertile window it automatically gives you. It'll take a little while to build up your chart so you can see your pattern so it takes a little patience at first. But I think you need to have sex within 3 days of when you ovulate. Some people say up to 5 days.

I'd want to see more of your chart to see where your cover line would be, but from the pic it looks like it's too early to tell yet. I don't see any temp spikes that are that big yet.
