December 31 I found out I was 6 weeks pregnant but nothing could be seen on ultrasound. The next day I began cramping bad and had dark brown blood then it became bright red with clots so I assumed I was having a miscarriage it last for about 7 days and soon after me and my fiancé was back having unprotected sex for about 6 weeks straight every day. Well I haven't had AF yet and all of my pregnancy test are positive. Am I pregnant again? Did I not miscarry? How long does it take for HCG levels to drop? When I left the ER that day all they did was confirm I was pregnant and told me they couldn't tell if I was miscarrying but if so it couldn't be stopped and that they weren't worried it was an ectopic pregnancy. After reading online I was sure it was a miscarriage because of how bad the cramps were and how heavy the blood was.
