Advice Needed Please

I'm 11 weeks today with my first child. So I'm extra concerned and since everything is new Im not sure what to expect which each new symptom. My question is regarding stomach pains. I have sharp pains in my upper abdominal area. No other symptoms (no fever, bleeding, ect) It hurts alot to bend over or sit bend in any way. Im thinking or hoping moreso it may be gas of sorts, but its been lingering for about 2 hours, not worsening but not going away either. I don't know to wait it out, call a doctor, or if this is common. Its not like cramps I had early on, just a new feeling. Any advice appreciated. Thanks
