Do I'm a little over 9 weeks but since I've become pregnant  I can't get a good night's sleep I keep waking up and I toss and turn  like no one side is comfortable.... wat can I do?

Following this. Struggling with this same problem. I bought one of those fancy body pillows and its nice, but I'm still a little uncomfortable towards the morning hours.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news... It only gets worse lol. The best thing that helps me is having a pregnancy pillow. I know it's still early but it helps me get much more comfortable and relax enough to get some sleep. Good luck!

Im so glad Im not the only one with this issue! I was blaming it on working 12hr night shifts but I didnt really believe it since I was fine before I got pregnant

Just lay on your side and go to the bathroom right before bed. I'm trying  to hold off on the big pillow. Does anyone have the belly bean pillow? We only have a queen size  bed and I don't want to kick my fiancé  out of the bed due to pillow space.
