Throwing up at 40 weeks?

Today is my due date, I'm 40 weeks and out of no where is just threw up... I haven't eaten anything all day I was really hungry I went to eat and I threw it up ... Should I call my midwife? I had morning sickness until 12 weeks so... Don't know what this is really I'm a first time mom just need advice...
