Lady lumps. 🙄

Does anyone here seem to get these pimple type bumps on their vaginal area, from their period? Every time I have my period I get them. I think it's from the moisture of wearing a pad to bed. They aren't ingrown hairs. I know what those are. But these are kinda like a pimple. Anyone else?
