My uncle has been in a custody battle almost a year now. first he had to go to court for the judge to find his ex wife unfit. He been to court at least 8 times already. I came to a few court dates, but I got tired because it was always another judge. If his ex wife wasn't unfit or was fit to keep her kids, you mean to tell me you have to return to court for the custody battle after they determined if the person is unfit/fit? He purchased lawyer for the kids and hisself. I got tired of waiting this morning. that is a lot of money
