I'm 21 weeks and high risk with a cerclage with 2 previous micro preemies and I've been getting bouts of bad dizziness and Been getting pretty nauseous these last few days. I haven't had any sickness since about 14-15 weeks so I'm confused. And where I'm high risk I get worried about the smallest things.  I went into labor with my youngest at 22 weeks so I'm starting to get nervous. Any other mommas experience bad dizziness and nauSeousness at 21 weeks?
