You should keep the tissue if you want testing done to find out why it's happend. It could be the fetal sack but sometimes they are more see through than that. My baby just came out on its own without being inside anything but my first mc was similar to this picture x

So, so, SO sorry for your loss. It could be the sac. Please keep this in mind though: when we miscarried, both times we were told anything golf-ball sized or larger could be dangerous. I can't tell by the pic just wanted to tell you.. Sending you hugs and prayers! ❤️🙏🏻

That looks like the sack to me. When I miscarried I felt it break loose, but I don't think mine was quite that large.
