How old? My daughters bled a little and leaked and smelled horrible right before it fell off but it took forever to fall off. I would call your babies doc and see if they can check it. Always better to be safe!

I think that's pretty normal, but take him to a doctor if you're concerned. My little boys got infected and he had to have some antibiotic cream, it cleared up quite quickly.

You can clean it with soap and water.. Just don't soak it... Then clean it with rubbing alcohol several times throughout the day. The alcohol will help dry it out. Make sure it stays dry.

It looks normal. But if ur not comfortable see the pediatrician asap. I have 2 kids and both bled a little, sometimes when he blood dries to the clothing & then you change him it pulls the scab. Clean it with a (a little wet-very close to dry)soft cloth , wipe in circles - get it nice and dry after and see what happens. But don't let it worry you , if you are have it checked out! It does tend to bleed a bit but every time I've changed my kids I've cleaned it with alcohol pads or warm water on a soft towel.
