Okay first things first, I'm allergic to latex so the only protection myself and my SO use is the pill. Which I take every day, granted there are times I forget, or take it later on in the day (I usually take it around 9am) but overall I'm cautious. Last month I was put on antibiotics for a tooth infection and was warned they could cancel out the effects of birth control and would have to wait about a month for it to return working like normal. I did alert my boyfriend about this, but we continued on as normal. Sex every couple of days, he always finishes inside. My period is scheduled in the middle of next week and always comes around the same day (been on the pill for 5 years, it's been regular). Sometimes I would get cramps 2-3 days before my period and they would be faint. The past couple of days they're been INTENSE. Like doubled over in pain intense! Today the pain went from my lower back, through my midsection, and radiated down my thighs. I've been nauseous a couple of times, and have had a couple migraines recently (I don't usually get those often). I have not tested yet as I'm just thinking about all of this. If anyone has any thoughts I would greatly appreciate it!
