Anyone have experience with unblocking Fallopian tubes that are completely blocked?

I had a laparoscopy last week and my dr said both tubes are blocked and we will talk more about it at my follow up appt. Are there ways to unblock them, surgically or naturally? Please share you story so I know what I'm up against! Trying really hard to not feel like this is the end of the road for us!

I had both tubes blocked due to PID and the scar tissue left behind from that. I tried IVF twice bfn. Took a break. Fast forward 4 yrs later I had scar tissue removal by Dr. Michael Callahan in Indianapolis, In in May 2015. Just had my HSG Feb 2016 and dye went through both tubes. Beginning clomid tomorrow!! Fingers crossed! 2nd chance! Best wishes to all!!

I just had a hysteroscopy this week. I will learn more at my post op appointment in 10 days. They said I have fluid in my Fallopian tubes and the dye didn't move on my left side. Let me know how your appointment goes. I think the next step for me is a laparoscopy in a few weeks.
