I have been stress lately and I know this girl since Elementary school! We been on and off but that's how relationship is all about...  I send her this last text because I'm asking for someone to make me feel better, and I feel like I don't need to be asking for help or advice... Like am I being over emotional or not?

There’s lack of communication here, its no one’s responsibility to make someone else feel better, but they do it because they love you, i know its hard to talk sometimes and express yourself especially when you’re stressed but you need to communicate with her tell her maybe she doesn’t wanna make you tell her if you dont want to, maybe shes also upset, you never know!

There's miscommunication here. If you want her to know what's making you stressed so she can help you, you need to tell her. Instead of making her feel guilty. You said you wanted a day off to find yourself and cause you didn't say anything else she's probably respecting that.

I see everyone disagreeing but my best friend wouldn’t just say “ok” doesn’t matter what the situation is tbh if she really is what you say “best friend” then she would do whatever to make you feel better. Unless she just doesn’t care which is the vibe I’m getting from those messages.
