Hi, I'm 45 and my husband is 32 and we've been married and TTC for 15 months now with no success. We've just been trying naturally as we don't have the finances right now for a specialist. My periods are still regular, but the last few months I've spotted several days before AF so not sure if hitting peri menopause. I do have a 17 year old from a previous relationship.  Was hoping for any advice from those  that have had success, is there other things that will help?
