So my friend got a boyfriend and COMPLETELY shut all her friends out. She'll hang out with her one friend every now and then but that's because they're next door neighbors and her friend just lost a loved one. But other than that it's as if I never even existed. And before she got this boyfriend she talked about how our other friends did the exact same thing... Which they weren't even that bad about it but she's the worst out of all of them. So I called her out on it. And she goes and tells one of our friends(who happens to be my bestest friend since 3 years old and they met in Jr. high) "Caitlin's just jealous that her and ____ didn't work out and I actually do have a boyfriend." That set me off. I see her and don't even say hi anymore because that is complete bullshit. I would've been happy for her if she let me. I was never jealous of her having a boyfriend it was hurtful that she didn't even care if we are friends or not. Just because a relationship with someone I had which wasn't even serious in the slightest didn't work out it has no effect on my opinion on my friends relationships?????? Sorry for the rant it just really infuriates me how ignorant someone can be. If or when they break up I won't be there. I made such a huge effort to try and hang out with her, donzoooooo
