First time mom. Day 2 with my milk all the way in. EBF. I'm worried I have an over supply my breasts feel engorged and hard as rocks no matter how much my baby feeds. Yesterday was my first day with my milk all the way in and I pumped a few times in addition to lots of our usual feedings to relieve myself. I'm worried I have prompted my breasts to produce too much? Can anyone offer advice? This is so uncomfortable.
