Attn veteran moms! Caffeine question?

Question

I just wondered what kind of caffeine intake you veteran mom's have had in your previous pregnancies? My mother had 4 healthy, successful pregnancies and drank a few cups of coffee every day!

I have completely stopped with the coffee, but now and then i don't mind a cup of tea :) thoughts? Thanks!

I cut pop from my life 8 months ago so my only caffeine is coffee,  I have one cup a day sometimes two.   When preg with my son,  I drank too much pop I. My opinion but he and I were fine.   I'm doing better this round

I cut mine much lower (near 0), but I personally react strongly to caffeine so it's important I be careful.

You can safely consume 200mg per day. Anything more you are putting your baby at risk.
