My dr said 1/2 ounce-1 ounce per how many lbs you weigh - she strongly recommended aiming for the 1 ounce per pound while pregnant or during the summer. So if you weigh 100 lbs you'd aim for 50-100 oz per day normally, hopefully getting closer to the 100 oz per day while pregnant. She did say some of that fluid could come from juice and milk.

It's hard for me to measure I don't drink water bottles typically, I just refill my big ass travel mug at my water cooler.

I feel like I drink so much water I could float! And my MW said I needed to drink more bc my fluid around baby was a 9.8 and 8.5 is the lowest they want you to be. I CRAVE water. It's so delicious.
