My only symptom breast tenderness is pretty much gone?

I am 10 weeks and never had morning sickness and now my breast tenderness has almost gone as well.   Should I be worried?

No, it'll come and go! I'm 10 weeks tomorrow and my breast tenderness has also calmed down, almost disappeared.

I'm also at 10 weeks and have not (yet) had morning sickness.  I was feeling super fatigued the past  two weeks but I'm starting to get my energy back (I can stay awake past 9pm now). Try not to worry about it-chances are we are just the lucky ones that don't end up getting sick!
