I'm 4 1/2 to 5 weeks pregnant & last night I was having some cramps & spotting. This morning, I'm having no cramps, but still spotting. & now it's noon & the blood is getting brighter, even though I'm not cramping. I'm freaking out cause my confirmation appointment is tomorrow morning. The blood on the left wasn't from wiping. I used my finger & that came out. Someone help? I'm really really worried.
