Vitamins to promote conception?

Hey all! Been ttc for over a year now and I am getting pretty discouraged to be honest. I was wondering if any of you ladies take certain vitamins to help aid implantation?  Help a sista out!

I took Flintstones complete and put hubby on Men's One a Day.

I'm vegetarian and he's no veggies, so I was worried we were missing some nutrients.

I'm currently taking Pregnacare Conception, every little helps 😊

Yes start taking prenatal vitamins since you are ttc, the amount of folic acid in them are suppose to boost your chances.
