This is my second pregnancy. I have been having fairly strong pinching in my left life lower abdominal area. No blood at all. Occasionally I will feel similar pinching in my right side. I have occasional light cramping in the center lower abdominal area(which I remember from my 1st preg.) my 1st dr apt isn't until March 3rd. ( I will be 9.5 weeks) is this normal or should I be concerned?
