HOW DO YOU POOP WHEN YOU'RE IN LABOR AND HAVE THE EPIDURAL LIKE DO YOU JUST NATURALLY NOT HAVE TO POOP I DON'T KNOW HELP

Edit: I'm fully aware people poop when pushing. I'm not afraid of that, not worried at all. I'm just curious because some women can be in labor for a day or two. Can you feel the need to poop during labor with an epidural and just not be allowed to go, or do you not even feel the need to use the potty at all?
