Sickly?

Does he look pale?
I notice when he is sleeping he looks very pale or sickly looking. Also when he is sleeping I catch him not breathing for a second then gasps for air, I'm very concerned though that he appears to be sickly looking while sleeping.

Babies do that. If they stop for more than 5 seconds then it's concerning. He does seem a little pale, always check for a blue tinge to lips or fingers/toes. Could always call the doc for a sleep study?

Have any of you seen the Owlet baby monitor? It's a sick they wear that monitors theur breathing and heart rate. $250 but not bad for peace of mind...

Breathing like that is completely normal for babies. I used to flip out and watch my son sleep because I was terrified he would stop breathing. After many calls, the pediatrician crossed her heart and hoped to die promised me that this breathing is normal and not a threat to the baby lol!

He looks perfect, but if it were me, I would call the doc and just make sure...it will help you sleep at night.

He looks good to me his lips are a nice pink colour so that's good also the breathing thing, babies have a certain way of breathing and sometimes we freak and think he just stopped well most times it's not the case they can be silent breathers it's just the way babies are, my sister took her baby to the sleep unit for a 24 hour check and doc said he was fine and that's just the way babies are and the scare us too🙈 but of course if you want to speak to your doc but just as a little thing to mention about the breathing
