I'm 35 weeks and I've been feeling a pinching sore feeling in my vagina/possibly cervix for the last week, more frequently now and baby has definitely dropped over the last two weeks. My hips are very sore and I can feel pressure in my lower stomach. Sadly my heartburn is really bad lately I was hoping it would ease up :( Sometimes I have to crouch over or cross my legs because I get a pinching feeling along with pressure that feels like she is going to come out. I'm not sure what is going on :( I've been told it might be lightening but I'm not fully sure of what that is.
