burning and needed cooling now I have to bear the consequences 😫

so two days ago I had gotten a pimple on my pubic area and my mom told me to put Vicks on the pimple to dry it out. I went to my boyfriend house and one thing turned into another and we started to have sex. after a couple of strokes it started to feel sooooooo painful I literally wanted to cry so bad because I felt like my 🐱 was on Fire 🔥, I went to the bathroom and just put a cold rag on myself as well as an ice cube. it felt like I was still on fire so I came to the conclusion that he rubbed against the Vicks and accidentally put it in me. now I'm itching like hell. so that's clearly an issue now . can it be that because of the Vicks accident the consequence is a infection or yest infection?
