Sorry if this is a bit long and off topic! My daughter turns 3 March 26th (a Saturday) and I'm due May 16th. Trying to decide between having separate parties (her bday and shower) or having it same weekend. If same weekend we'd delay it till probably April 2nd. We have family out of town (3 hours away) and don't know if it'll be easier on then to come up twice in a short period or just stay for the weekend at a hotel (don't have room for company). if we did a combo party it'll be a co-Ed BBQ style shower anyways. Again if we do combo not sure if Friday/Saturday (bday/shower) or Saturday/Sunday (bday/shower) is best.
