Short cervix, huh?

Does anyone have a short cervix? Had my 3D appt yesterday and they said I have a short cervix. they're going to check again in a week with another 3D to see if it has lengthened or gotten worse. Now possibly a risk for preterm labor. First time mom over here and I'm kind of freaked out! 22 weeks, 1day with our little boy.

They'll possibly prescribe you progesterone to prevent the preterm birth. I have 3 doctors and see 2 nurses every week.. They've never mentioned the "no sex rule". But ask to be safe. 😊

When my cervix was short before the dr prescribed me progesterone to keep me from going into early labor and also strict no sex rule.

Mine is short to. It's a 3.3 he said no to bad but they will watch it. If it gets to a 2 I will be on bedrest. Did they say how short?
