Anyone else get cramps that feel like your abdomen is gonna explode ? I have a minor case of endometriosis (if that matters) most of the time my periods last 4-8 days and I'm problem free other then the 1st day... I get hot and cold spells, get irritable/anxious and then... It's like I get punched in the gut my lower back kills, my hips feel like there gonna fall off, and the only way I can feel sorda better is if I curl up into a ball with my face in the pillow and butt in the air or weirdly enough sitting on the toilet :/ anyone have any tips? I know the obvious ones like showering/bath or bananas, heat bags, tea, midols nothing ever works. Sometimes the pains so bad I Puke and get sick to my tummy :/
