My boyfriend is 42 and got a vasectomy about 5 years ago. We are getting pretty serious and he said he would definitely want kids with me even though his surgery isn't allowing that to happen. 

Does anyone have experience in this department? I want to know what it's going to be like trying to conceive. Is it possible for us to get pregnant the ole fashioned way If he gets the surgery reversed ?? Has that ship sailed? If he doesn't get it reversed-  what options does that leave for me? Can I just get inseminated or do I need to go down the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> road? 

Will talk to my doc but appointment isn't for another month and I'm dying to get some real insight on this. Thanks in advance!
