Miscarriage no HCG 🚨TMI PHOTO🚨

🚨TMI PHOTO🚨 Hello ladies I'm stuck in a dilemma. On Friday I passed what I'm most certain was a fetus. I had pregnancy symptoms similar to my previous pregnancy. When I tested a home test it was negative. Then Friday I passed the fetus. I was shocked and confused. I went into urgent care Saturday and showed them the picture and told them the whole thing. They seem certain it was a miscarriage but when they did my blood work they said there was no HCG in my system and concluded it wasn't a miscarriage. They couldn't tell me what the little pink thing was that I passed.
