Worried! Help

so I just started taking bc pills this month. I am currently on the third week and second day of the pills. My boyfriend and I have sex regularly but we always use a condom and always check afterwards. It has never broke and he never came inside me before. I know that bc pills are supposed to regulate your period and I heard that it would mess up your period for the first couple months before your body starts getting used to it. My <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> app said that I'm late by my period for 6 days now. I'm not spotting or anything! my period has always been irregular, even before the pills, but should I be worried??
