So my fiancé and I have been fixing up our house rapidly and we are usually strapped for bills each month due to me being a full time student and only working part time. My fiancé was honest and said that he couldn't get me anything for Valentine's Day because his whole pay check is going to our landlord. (Let me mind you we have a 3 bedroom townhome for $600.00 plus utilities). I don't really care about the materialistic fact that I'm not getting anything because I don't need materialistic things to be happy it's just the fact that he was so honest and blunt I couldn't ask for a better man. It's not like it's a real holiday anyway lol. It's just made up bs.
