Is their hope?!?! Please read

So back in September I had a miscarriage and it took a toll on me, I hadn't tried to get pregnant but after the loss of my little peanut I've been trying like hell to get pregnant again. Every month I'd get emotional at the sight of AF. Now my periods are regular and today I'm 6 days late. I tested 3 days before my period and it was a negative, then I tested the day after my missed period and it was a negative. Keep in mind I had no actual physical symptoms. For the past 3 or 4 days I've had the worst pains, I'm throwing up in the night time, I have horrible lower back pains and my breasts have become sore. Is their any chance that if I test Friday coming I could get a positive? Maybe I tested to early for anything to be picked up?
