Have really bad chest pains and I'm not talking heartburn I'm talking real bad chest pains while pregnant I'm 11 1/2 weeks and all I keep having are really bad chest pains the keep me up all night and then once I finally fall asleep I'm okay but as soon my husband gets up for work I'm easily woken up and back in the mood of really bad chest pains 😓😓😪😪 can anyone tell me what this could mean and my next doctors appointment isn't till I'm 14weeks 😥😥

I've had this a while ago (wasn't pregnant yet i think). Had terrible aches in my chest, to a point where i couldn't take full breaths without a lot of pain. I also had stomach aches around the same time. After research it was stress related and nothing cardiac-ish.

Also, the dr said that if you can push in the outsid3 of your chest and make the pain worse, its not your heart because your heart you cant push on under your rib cage. They also said if you can move positions or change the pain by breathing different then its generally not cardiac related either.  If that makes you feel any better.

Id deff see your doc asap! But, i do suffer with bad chest pains as well. I dont believe they are necessarily pregnancy related but they started during my 1st pregnancy a few years ago. They were so bad i legit thought i wad having a heart attack! Also at that time i had a bunch of other signs pointing to "shit! This could be a heart attack!" . Arm pain, nevk and shoulder etc. Went to the e.r and they told me it was a potassium deficiency.  To eat porato chips and guacamole.  Then they said it was due to a hiatial hernia  ( may have mispelled that ) . Finally made an appt with gastro (and a few more e.r trips over a couple of years) and they finally diagnosed me with costochondritis.  Basically an abundance of stomach acid that irritates the cartilage in your ribcage and sternum and causes it to become inflamed. They prescribed me protonix but that made it worse. Prilosec or zantac seem to keep it under control as well as tums and gas relief pills  (not sure why the gas pills work) . Good luck! !
