So what are the signs of a miscarriage ? Because I just started my period two days ago, and my cramps have hurt so bad which is weird because I usually don't even get them. I also have had pounding headaches and no sleep and no appetite. This morning I went to change my tampon and this gunk was hanging off it and I've NEVER had something like this before. I just need advise because I have no one else to ask who won't be judgmental other than my boyfriend. But obviously he doesn't know anything about period or pregnancy.
