Safe amount of caffeine throughout pregnancy??

I wanted to get others thoughts and opinions on how much caffeine is ok to consume while pregnant? 
What have your doctors told you? 
I have no more than 175mg of caffeine in a day. I heard anything over 200mg is too much. Thoughts please?!

Docs told me 200mg. I try to keep it under 100mg.

My doctor told me one 12 oz cup of coffee a day is perfectly fine, so how ever much caffeine is in a 12 oz cup of medium roast coffee.

The most is 200 mg of caffeine but according to American pregnancy a safer amount is 150mg

Okay... So I'm about 100% sure I went over 200mg a lot while pregnant with my kids...

All I've noticed is caffeine has an opposite effect on them... They zonk out fast. Lol.

Not coffee drinker but a total caffeine addict! I limit myself to one glass of Pepsi Max OR 2 cups of tea. Water, juice or decaf tea only after that. It's enough to keep the migraines away.

I have my morning coffee at 6.30 then another one at 10 but decaf and thats it
