Sever shaking 😨😨😨

Hi lady's I was wondering if ya can help m..I just had my baby on Sunday and lastnight I experience a weird thing I couldnt stop shaking it was so bad I couldn't get up to get the baby I had to wake my husband up for he can feed the baby I was wondering if any of ya have had this problem sense the baby was born or even after..its a weird feeling like my insides get really really cold...plz help..
