Will I be resented?

I'm 18+2 and 2 of my boyfriends friend s were also expecting we all had similar due dates and one of them miscarried a few weeks ago and his other friend had a still born yesterday, I don't know what I'm supposed to say to them, are thy going to resent me because my baby is alive? It's starting to really upset me as I can't imagine losing something so precious.

The best thing you can do for them is be there. Let them talk if they need to. Avoid canned sayings about loss. Just tell them you're sorry, you're here for them, and ask if they need anything.

Please try to relax & not stress yourself out over this. I know it's very sad for them and you feel sad for them and that makes you a good person. But do not fear them resenting you. A good friend will of course want you to have a happy healthy pregnancy, even if there's ended in a terrible way.   You deserve to be happy about what you have. Please don't stress. It will all be okay.

If they really care about you, they will not make you feel guilty. They might feel jealous. It can be hard to talk about something so sensitive. Try not to brag about how you are going with your pregnancy and let them know you care about them and are here for them. If you say nothing, they might feel like they are being ignored. No need really knows what to say in that kind of situation. Try not to talk about it and just talk to them.
