My son is exclusively breastfed. He is 4 months old. He's been a bit congested lately and has a lot of saliva. Temp of 99.8. About an hour before this diaper his other poop was normal. This whole diaper is very slimey, stringy, see through but neon. I've had a hind /foremilk imbalance before and it looked different than this. I haven't eaten anything new. Any experienced mom's know?
