With both our kids, my husband and I picked together. We equally created the baby, and we both have to live with the name for the rest of our lives (and so does the kid!) We made lists, and we vetoed the names that one of us didn't like until we could agree on the first and middle names.

Fiancé suggested the name and thankfully I loved it as well. Either way we wouldn't move forward with a name unless we both agreed.
