Yes you can & no it won't. 

This is actually asked quite a bit (or so I've seen since my time on here). But what she said! I've had it for years, had to have a cone biopsy done because of it and still got pregnant on only my second month trying lol 32 weeks and absolutely no complications due to the cone biopsy either!
