I am 39 weeks tomorrow with my first and I've been watching so close for signs that I will go into labor soon. I have been having the hardest time ever sleeping, having terrible pelvic pain/pressure, increase in what I assume are Braxton hicks contractions (getting more intense, but still not really painful), I lost my mucus plug 4 days ago, have been nauseous, and having loose stools. A week ago I was 1 cm dilated, and dr mentioned baby was "very low" but didn't say anything about effacement. He also did a membrane sweep on that day. Is it possible labor could be coming?? I am getting so anxious!
