Lifting
Can lifting or moving anything under 20 pounds make me hurt baby? I have my gender scan tomorrow at 19+6. I lifted laundry and pulled a stomach muscle. Right now I have special tape on it. It hurts still, I'm just scared I hurt the baby. It could have even been from Sex.
