Scared and nervous

So I went for a blood test today because I'm 10 days late for af, haven't gotten results yet, I've had numerous bfn tests,I couldn't wait for doctor to let me know so I thought what the heck I'm going to buy another test, took the test and swear there was a vvfl, but then started cramping and some blood when I wiped, could this be a miscarriage? It's killing me not knowing what my blood test results are/were!!!!
