Suffering anxiety

Does anyone suffer from panic attacks VIA anxiety & agoraphobia? I truly hate having this,I wish it would just stop but it will always be there,most of the time I hate myself not being a normal person to go shopping alone having a normal life I forever catch anxiety once I'm in a store as if I'm in a horror movie trying to escape 😔
