Be my Valentine's

My boyfriend keeps asking me what I want to do for Valentine's Day Sunday and I honestly have no idea. Does anyone have any suggestions? I want to keep it low l key and not really do anything, just be with him. But, he keeps asking, so I get the feeling he wants to do something.
