Any advice/tips for vegetarian/veganism during pregnancy!
So iv been trying to go vegitarian and eventually vegan for the longest time, since being pregnant I can't stand meat eughhhh at all so perfect opportunity to go cold turkey vegitarian, I'm definitly interested in veganism but think it's such a huge step so will try and do as best I can for example switching out normal milk for cashew milk, being pregnant there are some animal product foods I won't be able to avoid so I just want some advice!
