Hey ladies! I'm 6w5d and trying to slowly get back into being active and exercising. I was active before we got pregnant and I have since let off. So I've been doing light elliptical  or walking and have now started yoga. Today I did weights. This is the workout. Let me know what you girls think and what sort of exercise or routines you're doing to keep mama and baby healthy!
