Painful gas

I'm 10 weeks in and I have cramps a few hours before I go to the bathroom #2 then painful gas and gas cramps threw out the day . anyone eles ? I went to the doctor said everything looks good and baby's is perfect but to try fiber powder.. I was thinking maybe my diet change. I never really are a lot of meat and lil love goblin only wants meat :/. it keeps me or when I'm sleeping wakes me up 3rd night in a row .. Any advice out there ?
